Incidents requiring a full report:
Death, assault, battery, child or elder abuse, sexual assault, or domestic violence
Medical situation or injury to an agent, participant, or production staff
Any incident where agents were required to go hands on and/or use physical force
Any incident resulting in an arrest or eviction
Any incident where there is a likelihood of an insurance claim, criminal case, or lawsuit
Any incident where there is doubt about whether an incident report is necessary
